Importantly, all of our raw materials undergo rigorous testing and control to ensure outstanding quality, safety, and traceability. We can trace the raw materials and process conditions of every batch we produce.

Our empty hard capsule production adheres to the chemical-free principle throughout the entire process. We use self-supplied pharmaceutical-grade gelatin as the core raw material, and the whole process from gelatin melting, capsule forming to drying is completed in a compliant and clean environment.

As a core supplier of capsule raw materials, we produce gelatin using either alkaline or acid processes. Every stage of production is carried out under strict sanitary conditions with no chemical modification throughout the entire manufacturing process. The finished product forms gel-like strips, which are then dried, ground into granules and stored for customized processing according to different customer requirements and application scenarios.

Empty hard capsule production follows a strict multi-stage process: prepare sol with Halal-certified bovine pharmaceutical-grade gelatin, then go through dipping and forming in clean rooms, graded drying, precision cutting, automatic locking, and multi-dimensional quality checks to ensure stable quality.

As the core raw material, bovine gelatin is produced by partial hydrolysis of collagen (naturally present in bovine bones, skins, etc.). Insoluble in water in its natural state, collagen is converted into warm-water-soluble gelatin through controlled alkaline/acid hydrolysis, with full-process monitoring in GMP-compliant environments to ensure quality control.
