Our production facility operates advanced, fully enclosed capsule production lines with intelligent centralized control, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency. From raw material blending to pin coating, drying, and stripping, every stage is precisely monitored. This in-house process is designed to meet international standards for capsule shell thickness, moisture content, and mechanical strength. We offer multiple capsule sizes (0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#) and provide custom color matching and printing services.
